This 2100 sq ft 3 bedroom modern home with minimalist style was built in 2006 on a small sandy sloping site overlooking the Wisconsin River. Built with cost effective concrete block and a structural steel skeleton, which enabled clearstory windows for optimal views from all rooms. The windows are fitted with automatic blinds for energy savings and privacy. Though the garage is detached, there is a covered bluestone walkway to the main entrance. A lower area with built in barbecue and dining area features floor to ceiling screens with stained concrete. All fixtures were European with emphasis on simple clean design.
